WOW. I have never had customer service as great as the customer service at Alamo. cheaper prices than anywhere else (Nordstrom, directly from the seller etc). will be back!! the sales associates are knowledgeable, witty, and kind. was just window shopping and ended up buying a couple of pairs of shoes, and im so glad i did! keep in mind they have free parking across the street!

I got some awesome waterproof sneaker-boots for an amazing price with discount. The person who helped me finding what I was looking for was very nice and knew to not overwhelm me with too many choices at once. I loved coming here and now this is the only place I want to shop ♡

I am a reoccurring client here for 3 reasons. They have an excellent variety of running shoes and also my favorite brand tends to be here. They have parking available complimentary for customers as well. However, the most important reason for me is that they have Mark. He provides exceptional service and is knowledgeable about the products sold here. This guy is probably the friendliest individual in Chicago, no joke! He will guide you in the right direction as he has done for me on several occasions. This is your go to spot for shoes, I promise! Thank you, Mark!!!! 😃 🏃

came in looking for shoes for a buddy’s wedding and dan hooked me up. he helped me with examples based off what i was wearing, and gave me honesty about what would be best for the occasion. he gave great advice and for it alone i would come back to shop here. there is a wide shoe selection, with very competitive pricing. plus there is free parking if you plan on buying something! this place is great and i’ll be back for my next pair of shoes.

Alamo is a flashback to a retail era when the sales people knew their product, could read the customer, and made you feel like you were the most important person that they'd met all day. Patient, knowledgeable, and low key (i.e., no pressure). I'd never hear of the Traq by Alegria brand, but once I tried them on, I was sold.

I found my new favorite shoe store! Alamo Shoes at 5321 N. Clark Street in Chicago. The ultimate shoe store, It's a full-service shoe store where the salesperson finds your size, makes suggestions, and helps you navigate their huge variety of styles. Customer service at it's best! Whether you're looking for sandals or walking shoes, that pair of running shoes that will help you run that extra mile, or want the perfect pair of dress shoes for that special date, this store has them all. With fast and easy check out, and OMG, a free parking lot across the street, you have no excuse not to stop in. Give them a visit, I'm sure they will become your favorite shoe store, as well as mine.

This place has the best selection of high-end Comfort shoes. Sales people know absolutely what they're doing and get you in and out. They own the parking lot across the street and with validation the parking is free
